FROM THE GOVERNOR
Happy upcoming 100th Anniversary to all!
That’s right. Our Lodge will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary on December 10, 2014. We have been serving Mooseheart, Moosehaven and our
Community for100 years.
This year’s Moose International Theme is “Back to the Basics”. In keeping with this theme the Board of Officers did some brain storming and decided
that we as a Lodge needed to get back to the basics that has made us strong, cohesive and bonded through the last 100 years.
What made us survive all these years? Strength in membership, working together, community service, taken care of our seniors and children both in the
community and Mooseheart and Moosehaven, volunteerism, working together and just having plain old fun are some of the key factors that has made us
We have had our troubles but we have managed to overcome all obstacles. For that we are grateful to all our members. We have asked and you have
made it happen.
In the coming months leading to the 10th of December, we will be scheduling activities and functions. We sincerely hope that once again you become part
of it and take us in to the next century.
Your participation and your continued support are greatly appreciated.
Larry McMains, Governor
